Somatics for self-discovery and social change.
Enliven and heal your body. Amplify liberation.
Let’s take a good look at the web of relationships that connect us from within and without— in the mind and the body, in our communities and
in the world.
Classes
MELT Classes
MELT is a gentle self-treatment technique that enhances mobility, stability, and performance and is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain while restoring overall wellbeing.
It works by enhancing fluid flow in the fascial matrix that connects everything in our body. We use soft balls and rollers so you can become your own body-worker and learn to listen to your body’s cues to restore and heal.
Dive Classes
Dive Classes weave MELT with Continuum-based exploration for those who seek an open-ended time to explore the sensorium of inner space.
We begin with MELT’s simple, profound approach to hydrate connective tissue and then combine it with Continuum’s open-ended inquiry using sound, breath and movement.
These explorations help us find deep rest and replenishment, uncover emergent spaces of belonging and becoming, and touch the unfolding mysteries that lie beyond normative expectations of embodiment.
Social patterns and systemic oppression land in our bodies and shape us, just as much as chronic pain or illness.
Somatic inquiry can contribute to collective liberation.
1:1 Sessions
MELT & Movement Sessions
Sessions will focus on MELT, Continuum-based exploration, and can include Brainspotting, depending on your needs and goals. These sessions can be a good adjunct to therapy or body work. We work at your pace and accommodate your needs.
Brainspotting Sessions
Brainspotting provides a gentle, attuned focus that allows these experiences to process and resolve, with or without words. Brainspotting works particularly well for some neurodivergent people because it follows the client, honors their process, and does not pathologize.

Consultations for Movement and Somatic Professionals

Learn to accommodate different neuro-sensory profiles, without ableism. Deepen your practice as you become more fluid in your understanding.
I believe curiosity is key and that somatics is about asking questions.
We ask questions—we make inquiry—so we can discover ourselves anew.
Life is not a fixed binary but rather an alive, infinite and interconnected whole. The universe is not fixed and neither are we.
With 38 years of experience, I teach movement classes and offer private sessions in the Melt Method, Continuum-based inquiry, and Brainspotting. I am a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and a Master Movement Therapist and Educator with ISMETA.
Additionally, I’m a charter member of Divergent Design Studios (DDS), an online community supporting neurodivergent artists, makers, and designers.
I host peer support sessions, Authentic Movement classes and am co-creator of the DDS Neuroemergent Glossary – an evolving and fluid document that celebrates emergent neuroqueer meaning-making and language inside that collective and in the wider world.
I can help you unwind complex movement patterns, navigate chronic pain, and attune to your unique nervous system—without the ableism.
